Our Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time are considered "late cancellations" and will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service.

No Show Policy:

No-call No-shows will be charged 100% of the original service price.

Late Policy:

Please call/text us in the event that you know you will be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment, resulting in a late fee of 50% of booked service, or cut your service short so as to not inconvenience clients scheduled after your appointment.

3 Strike Policy:

If you book an appointment and fail to hold the appointment whether through cancellation or rescheduling for more than 3 bookings in a row, you will be banned from booking future appointments at Twana's Skin Studio.

Credit Card On File:

All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times in order to book a service. Credit card payments will only be processed for missed, late, or no show appointment fees. Otherwise, the total coast of your service will not be processed until after your service is completed.

Product Return:

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased in office from Twana's Skin Studio. In the event of a proven reaction (established clients only), please email tprewittskin@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase to discuss options with Twana.
