Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
• 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
• Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100% of the service price.
• Same-day appointment slots are difficult to fill, which directly affects my livelihood.
One-Time Illness Grace Pass
Each client is allowed one complimentary same-day cancellation per year due to illness. Any additional same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
No Show Policy:
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late Policy:
Please call/text us in the event that you know you will be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment, resulting in a late fee of 50% of booked service, or cut your service short so as to not inconvenience clients scheduled after your appointment.
3 Strike Policy:
If you book an appointment and fail to hold the appointment whether through cancellation or rescheduling for more than 3 bookings in a row, you will be banned from booking future appointments at Twana's Skin Studio.
Credit Card On File:
All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times in order to book a service. Credit card payments will only be processed for missed, late, or no show appointment fees. Otherwise, the total coast of your service will not be processed until after your service is completed.
Product Return:
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased in office from Twana's Skin Studio. In the event of a proven reaction (established clients only), please email tprewittskin@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase to discuss options with Twana.

Right to Refuse Service:
Twana's Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason to ensure safety, professionalism, and comfort for both client and provider.
Policy Acknowledgment:
By booking an appointment with Twana's Skin Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
